A great way to beat your cravings for a sweet treat!

This recipe is creamy, fruity, and cold like ice cream - yum!
Ingredients:
1 /2 cup cashew yoghurt (or any of your choice)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon cardamom
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients with some water.
Optional: Top it with some granola or fresh fruits
