Whole Green Moong Dal Salad

I love a good, healthy and hearty salad!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Whole green moong dal soaked and sprouted

  • 1 cup grated carrots

  • 1 cup shredded cucumbers

  • 1 -2 cups chopped greens- swish chard, spinach, arugula

  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1-2 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
