Yes, you can use quinoa for making dessert!
Protein packed, sweet with no added sugar, good fats and so filling!! Perfect for people who have sweet tooth like mine!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup unsweetened cashew yoghurt (or any yoghurt your Haert desires!)
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ripe mango or any fruit
1/2 banana chopped
10 nuts of any choice (I used walnuts)
Instructions:
Mix quinoa, yoghurt and mango.
Cook chopped bananas with cinnamon and cardamom to caramelize them. The caramelization takes the bananas to the next level of goodness.
You can add maple syrup or honey for more sweetness!
Top the quinoa with bananas, nuts and more spice... So yummy and delish!!
