This is a family favorite and a great side!

Ingredients:
Green beans, ends trimmed
1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1/2 finely chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger paste (fresh is better).
3-4 tbsp coconut amino sauce (From Trader Joe's)
1/2 tbsp Sriracha (I added coconut Sriracha )
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp roasted unsalted peanuts
Instructions:
Boil green beans in hot water for 2-3 minutes, then blanch in ice cold water. This preserves the green color and crunch
Heat 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
Add 1/2 finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
Add ginger paste
One cooked, add green beans and mix well
Cook for about a minute, then add coconut amino sauce, sriracha, salt to taste, sesame seed, and roasted unsalted peanuts
Cook for about 3-4 minutes
This was a big hit with all the ages!
