Sambar, a curry powder from southern part of India, cooked with oats!
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of sambar powder (Sambar powder is available in any Indian grocery store!)
1/2 cup of oats
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
On a stovetop in a pot, combine water, sambar powder, oats, and a pinch of salt
Once oats are cooked top it with 1/4 avocado, chia seeds and cilantro.
