Mexican Quinoa Bowl Salad

You can add protein to this salad if you like. So yummy you guys!!

Let's Build The Salad!

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 cup lemon juice marinated chopped quinoa

  • 2-3 tbsp canned corn

  • 1/2 cup black beans canned

  • 1/2 chopped Avocado

  • 1/4 chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes

  • 2-3 tbsp salsa

  • Mix and enjoy! Adjust your seasoning as per your taste.
