Let's Build The Salad!
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup lemon juice marinated chopped quinoa
2-3 tbsp canned corn
1/2 cup black beans canned
1/2 chopped Avocado
1/4 chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
2-3 tbsp salsa
Mix and enjoy! Adjust your seasoning as per your taste.
