Jicama Tacos

Guilt free and packed with crunch and flavors!

These tacos are so refreshing and easy to make!


Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of jicama

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • Micro greens

  • 1 sliced Persian cucumber 🥒

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Zhoug sauce (From Trader Joe's)

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • Optional: 1-2 chopped baked cauliflower


Instructions:

  1. Layer jicama with hummus, a few drops of the Zhongshan sauce, top it with all the veggies!
