Delicious and packed with flavor! Great for salads or in a wrap!

Ingredients:
2 cups of garbanzo beans soaked in water overnight (do not use canned or cooked Garbanzo)
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped cilantro
1-2 green chilies (I like it spicy but this is optional)
2 tbsp of chopped garlic
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp chickpea / garbanzo flour
1 tbsp salt
Instructions:
Blend all the above in a food processor (consistency should be firm enough to form balls)
Spray oil on your pan and shallow fry on both sides of the Falafel (use a low heat and cover them so they don't dry out!). If you have an air fryer, that would probably work best!

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp of water (add more based on consistency you like!)
Mix together and enjoy!
