First Layer: Cilantro Mint Chutney
Second Layer: Arugula
Third Layer: Persian Cucumber
Fourth Layer: Half Avocado
Fifth Layer: Pistachios
Sixth Layer: Shredded carrots
Sprinkle of hemp seeds
A little messy to eat but hey I will take the messiness if it is flavorful!
