Let's Build A Sandwich!

  • 1 slice of Rye Bread (make it crispy by toasting it!)

  • First Layer: Cilantro Mint Chutney

  • Second Layer: Arugula

  • Third Layer: Persian Cucumber

  • Fourth Layer: Half Avocado

  • Fifth Layer: Pistachios

  • Sixth Layer: Shredded carrots

  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds

A little messy to eat but hey I will take the messiness if it is flavorful!
