Green Apple Cucumber Mint Lemonade

Sugar free and so refreshing!! Hot summer calls for adequate hydration! Fruit juices are sugar loaded! Sodas are not just sugary but caffeinated! This drink has only 5 ingredients!



Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple

  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint

  • 1 lime juice

  • 1/2 packet of stevia

  • 2 Persian cucumbers

Instructions:

  1. Blend all the above with ice cubes and cold water ! Instead of cold water I added sparkly cold water.

  2. Add lime juice and mint as you desire!

You can filter the chunky stuff but you know what that’s FIBER! An average adult needs 35-40 grams of fiber per day.
