Sugar free and so refreshing!! Hot summer calls for adequate hydration! Fruit juices are sugar loaded! Sodas are not just sugary but caffeinated! This drink has only 5 ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 green apple
2-3 sprigs of fresh mint
1 lime juice
1/2 packet of stevia
2 Persian cucumbers
Instructions:
Blend all the above with ice cubes and cold water ! Instead of cold water I added sparkly cold water.
Add lime juice and mint as you desire!
You can filter the chunky stuff but you know what that’s FIBER! An average adult needs 35-40 grams of fiber per day.
