My twist on cranberry sauce!

Ingredients:
16 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice with pulp
2 tbsp ginger juice / shot
2-3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Heat a pan.
Add cranberries and orange juice together.
Once they start boiling add the ginger shot/ juice and sugar.
Continue boiling until the cranberries are almost mushy.
Add cherries (pitted). Let it cook.
Add orange zest.
Adjust your sweetness by tasting your sauce.
Once the cranberries and cherries are almost soft and jam-like, remove from heat.
To give it a little extra layer of flavor I add red chili flakes... we love this version but may be not for everyone. I serve it with baked Brie and chili flakes once Thanksgiving is over
