Eat Your Greens Bowl!

Perfect for family dinner!

Let's Make Our Bowl!

  • Roast green beans and broccoli together in the oven. I seasoned them with Trader Joe's Chili Lime Spice and added 2 sprits of Pam Fry. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

  • Kale is marinated with lemon juice and salt (I like to cool my salads in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving - really makes a difference!)

  • Top with edamame, cucumbers, blueberries, or whatever your Haert desires!
