The sauce I poured over my veggies and quinoa -
šSegments of 1 orange
šOrange zest 1 teaspoon
šOrange juice freshly 1 tbsp
šLemon juice 1 tbsp
šParsley chopped 1/2 cup
šCapers 1 tbsp
šScallions 1 tbsp
šRed pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
šsalt and pepper
Refrigerate before using.
You can adjust your sweet and sour ratio based on your liking by adding more OJ or lemon juice .
