I could not wait to make them! And this very simple salad was super delicious 🤤

Ingredients:
5 Persian cucumbers chopped
5-6 cherry tomatoes chopped
1 can cooked garbanzo - washed
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cooked beets - chopped
1 cup chopped dill
1/2 cup chopped mint
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 avocado chopped
Juice of 1 juicy lemon
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a large salad bowl
Mix and enjoy!
