Cauliflower Stir Fry With Spicy Tofu

This meal is under 15 min. Packed with nutrition and so yummy!



Ingredients:

  • Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry (Found in the frozen section of Trader Joe's)

  • 1 tbsp grape seed oil

  • 1 tbsp of coconut amino (Found at Trader Joe's)

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

  • Tofu

  • 1 cup of Spinach

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp grape seed oil in a pan

  2. Add the frozen cauliflower

  3. Add 1 tbsp of coconut amino and 1 tbsp Sriracha. Adjust coconut amino per your choice.

  4. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 5 min

  5. Add spinach and switch off the heat

  6. Chop Sriracha flavored Tofu (from Trader Joe's) and enjoy!
