Craving something sweet? This is the perfect treat for the weekends!

Ingredients:
3 bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
2 eggs
3/4 cup almond butter
2 tbsp keto sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup coconut flour (I probably added 1 tbsp more once the batter was formed)
1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Mash up the bananas. Add almond butter and eggs.
Blend it in the mixer to a fine smooth consistency.
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well. Once all mixed up fold in the blueberries, dark chocolate chips.
Line the muffin tray with baking cups and pour in the batter (1/2-3/4th filled)
Top it with blueberries and shredded coconut.
Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes
