Berry Cobbler

Made with no refined sugars!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 3 tbsp monk fruit extract

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp cashew yoghurt


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a baking pan, mix frozen raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries with monk fruit extract

  3. Top it with the mixture of all dry ingredients

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes

  5. Serve with cashew yoghurt!
