Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Sugar free! I must have tried this recipe 500 times and this is by far my favorite.



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp melted oil (I used coconut)

  • 2 tbsp sweet cacao nibs

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1-2tbsp of almond butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom and cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients

  3. Mix all the wet ingredients separately, then combine

  4. Fill baking cups with batter

  5. Bake for 15 minutes
