Almond Butter Turmeric Berry Salad

The perfect salad for a lazy day!

Make this delicious and nutritious salad with minimal effort using fresh ingredients!


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of arugula

  • 2 cups of microgreens

  • 1 cup of sprouted english green pea

  • 1 cup of raspberries

  • 1/2 cup of blackberries

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

  • 2 tbsp of spicy pistachios (Find at Whole Foods)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter turmeric dressing (Find at Trader Joe's)

  • 1 tspn Mangue Alolivier (Find at Whole Foods)

  • 1 tspn of chili lime spice (Find at Trader Joe's)


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add dressings and mix thoroughly

  3. Enjoy!
