4 Ingredient Salad

Simple but powerful!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of baby kale (Pro tip: baby kale is much tender than normal kale)

  • 1 Persian cucumber sliced

  • Few raspberries

  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds

Instructions:

  1. I marinated kale and cucumber with 1/2 lemon juice and salt (1/2 pinch)

  2. Refrigerate for an hour before you eat it with raspberries and hemp seeds! You can even top this with apples or peaches.
